As the new principal of Hollenbeck Middle School, it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to a new school year. I speak for our entire faculty and staff when I say we are committed to providing your student with the most rewarding middle school experience possible.
Hollenbeck values student individuality and promotes a culture of acceptance. It’s a neighborhood school that has grown with our community for 5 decades and will continue to achieve excellence.
Responsibility, respect, honesty and kindness - that is the heart of everything Hollenbeck! For over 50 years, our Hawk family has been building students of character while achieving academic excellence.
After 15 years of teaching elementary age kids, I’ve been so happy to make the transition to middle school. Hollenbeck is an amazing place with a great staff, incredible students, and supportive administrators. My colleagues are so generous with both their ideas and time that it’s made my first year at this level go smoothly and productively. And my students have made me realize some of the things I had forgotten I love about teaching. They’re vibrant, creative, and ready to take on the world. I love it here.
