Dan Harmon - Building Principal
Dr. Dan Harmon is the Principal at Hollenbeck Middle School. Dr. Harmon joined the Hollenbeck team in 2019 and served in the Administrative Intern and Assistant Principal positions before being selected as the Building Principal ahead of the 2024-2025 school year. Prior to Hollenbeck, Dr. Harmon taught for seven years in the Maplewood-Richmond Heights school district. Dr. Harmon has worked with students for over 15 years and has prior experience managing residential care facilities and detention facilities. Dr. Harmon received a Bachelor’s from MidAmerica Nazarene University and pursued teaching at Harris-Stowe State University, before continuing his education at Maryville University earning a Master’s and Doctorate of Educational Leadership degree. Dr. Harmon and his wife Monica have three children attending school within the district and are avid supporters of the FHSD community. When not at Hollenbeck, Dr. Harmon loves watching his kids play a myriad of sports and playing golf.
Elisabeth Baird - Assistant Principal
Elisabeth Baird is the Assistant Principal at Hollenbeck Middle School in the Francis Howell School District. Mrs. Baird has been teaching in the Francis Howell School district since 2008 as a vocal music director at Hollenbeck Middle School, Saeger Middle School and Francis Howell Central High School. She currently holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Music Education from University of Missouri-St. Louis and her Educational Specialist Degree with Secondary Administration certification also from UMSL. She and her incredibly supportive husband, Eddie, and daughter, Eva, currently live in O’Fallon, Missouri.
Danny Ott - Assistant Principal
Danny Ott is the Assistant Principal at Hollenbeck Middle School. He was an Assistant Principal at North Point Middle School in the Wentzville School District for two years. Before his time at North Point Middle, he taught middle school science and social studies at Wentzville South Middle School for eight years and at Ritneour Middle School for five years. Mr. Ott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Mizzou, a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Maryville University, and a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from Lindenwood University. He lives in the district with his wife and three children and is excited to be coming home to Francis Howell.
